Often when we make a mistake, we apologize by saying sorry, immediate forgiveness is also possible, but many atimes, sorry does not work. There are some mistakes that require not sorry but mere restitution. Therefore by our conduct, it has to be proved that we have the pain of our mistake. Then it is only in restitution that the right path to change and correction lies. This is a good skill required in building and advancing our careers, businesses, professions or relationships.
