MY DEAR FRIENDS,MY FANS,MY FOLLOWERS,ladies and gentlemen,in one of my old POSTS,I spoke extensively on workplace politics, pointing out that it could be healthy in which case it leads to higher productivity for the organization represented, that healthy workplace politics also enhances healthy workplace environment. I equally pointed out that unhealthy politics lead to and manifest in nepotism,favouritism,rivalry and bitterness all at the expense of the organization represented vis-a-vis profitability and efficiency for in most cases, it is either the right man is not given the right job or he is denied of the right tools,authorities and incentives required for effective performance and service delivery.
