Welcome to the platform where insights are beamed,ideas are shared,strategies and skills are taught with a view to making you the best of you and deliver superior performances at all times. Ordinarily, learning embraces the process of acquiring knowledge or skills which in turn enhances values and manifests in better behaviours and preferences of the one who has learned. In all areas of human engagements ( business,careers,religions.marriage, relationships etc), man has always been putting together programs of learning formally or informally. However,most of you if not all of you my friends will agree with me that outside of the formal learning process and programmes, by design, man also learn or should learn more powerfully from life challenges,problems,trials, situations or experiences. A clearer picture or import of this will become easily discernable to you the moment you remember that virtually during the life of everyone and in the course of pursuing your ambitions,aspirations or desires in any area of human engagements, it does happen that challenges,sometimes major ones do arise,situations,sometimes overwhelming ones do occur. My dear friend, in business,careers,professions,politics,marriage or relationships, ambitions,aspirations,desires, goals and targets are usually involved and in pursuing these, major challenges do occur, overwhelming situations do arise and when they do, what history has said about man is to, out of the situation win, learn, lose or do a combination of two of the three. My friends,fans and followers, come along with me,reason with me that by design of man as against or compared with other creatures, I invite you to note that at crucial times in the life of a man, at challenging times, particularly overwhelming ones, ordinarily man suppose to, the creator expects you to put to action maximally the talents,the skills and the creativities with which you are created,endowed and equipped. Sometimes the challenges are nothing but a test of your faith in GOD or a channel designed for you to get to the destination meant for you. Put under study and close observation, you will further agree with me that in history of man, it is out of such situations,challenges and trials that most of the legends, masters,models,moguls and game changers in business, religions,careers,professions are produced. Most of them were not products of easy lives, they were not of fickle minds,they went through the thick and thin. They had the grace and out of trials,became a solution and changed the situation for the better. What does this tell you, it tells you that the masters,the legends, the moguls, the models and the game changers you know and hear of today in religions, business,careers or professions, had the grace, mastered the arts and turned an otherwise debilitating, life threatening situations and challenges around out of uncommon skills and creativities and therefrom became reference points to you and I today. They did it by learning from the challenges, used the learning and the experience to build new set of skills and creativities, then became a solution to something, a problem or a catalyst for a solution to something in humanity. Ladies and gentlemen, unlike other creatures, as a creature of human species,by design you are created,endowed and equipped to, out of challenges learn new skills and creativities and subsequently become a solution. Therefore my friends, learn and develop the arts, learn and develop the creativities, IN ALL SITUATIONS,WIN,LEARN,BECOME A SOLUTION TO SOMETHING, SOLUTION TO A PROBLEM, NEVER LOSE. YES YOU CAN. Ike and Racheal have been married for some ten years, blessed with two beautiful children, it has so far been rosy affair. They both enjoy and probably couldn't have wished for something better. In career, business, relationship and other areas of human engagements, very often we create the the problem, the impression that we need the validation of every other person, their approval, yes to the extent of it's consistency with the dos and donts of our creator, all of these should be observed, there is culture everywhere, in everythig we do , the culture of your place of birth, career, business and professional cultures. I will not be the one to tell you it is wrong to observe cultures, at least to the extent of their CONSISTENCY but i can tell you that before others validate and/or approve you , you must be you, you must be your own favorite BE YOU OWN FAVORITE.
