It's really nice, it is in the nature and character of man to have dreams,desires, ambitions and aspirations.We all have dreams,we have ambitions, dreams as regards the ideal profession,the ideal careers,ideal homes,ideal marriage,ideal friends, ideal income size,we have desires,ambitions and aspirations to be the wealthiest or to be among the wealthiest around,desires,ambitions and aspirations to be the best of the best. My friend yes, as a creature of human species,it iis in your nature and character, you are designed, endowed and powerfully equipped not only to put together programs to implement and achieve the goals around your ambitions,desires and aspirations, you are equipped mentally, emotionally,psychologically and spiritually to pursue and achieve your goals. Everyone is created with one talent or the other,you have passions in you,you are equipped to develop both hard and soft skills . Now my friends and followers,I want you to listen to me,follow me. Have you ever paused for a while and ruminated over the most singular,most important thing or secret common to wealthy people?. I tell you right away that:- It is in their identifying a major human problem or need for which people are ready to pay if only they can get a solution. Whether in the form of products or services, what today's wealthy people have in common is packaging a solution to human problem and meticulously pursuing it's implementation thereby becoming wealthy therefrom. Ladies and gentlemen, if you agree with this, it will not be difficult for you to also agree that BILL GATE identified a problem in ICT, designed and packaged a solution called MICROSOFT,pursued it over the years meticulously, get paid for it and today stands as the wealthiest man on earth. Mark Zukerberg some 14 years ago identified a fundamental human need in telecommunications, he designed a solution in the form of FACEBOOK, get paid for it and today he is the fifth richest man in the world. Right here in Nigeria, Aliko Dangote many years ago identified a serious human needs in FMCG , he gave birth to Dangote trading in essential commodities and today has not only bridged the gap and get paid, he is now the richest man in Africa.Similarly, Mike Adenuga identified human needs in telecommunications,banking,real estate etc, he designed and packaged solutions for which he is paid and today has become the number 2 wealthiest person in Nigeria. The late Obafemi Awolowo,Nnamdi Azikiwe, Sir Ahmadu Bello and a host of others made their marks in politics and got rewarded in popularity and fame. In the movies industry, you can identify Richard Mofe Damijo, Omotola Jalade Ekehinde, Pete Edochie and a host of others who identified human needs in movie industry,filled the gap and handsomely got rewarded in multimillions. Now my friends and followers, Nigeria is classified as a developing country which simply put means there are still much to do economically,technologically,politically and in all other areas of human development. Yes, there are so much complaints about bad leadership, leadership ineptitude but my dear friend, with equal measure and emphasis, you can and should see this as an opportunity to be creative, to put your talents,skills and passions to work. You,like others who are positively rising and becoming moguls,masters and mentors from within the same bad environment , you can choose to see the developing status of Nigeria as an opportunity for you to put together a program, become a solution to something or to a problem in humanity and get paid for it. This way, rather than seeing Nigeria as a good for nothing country,castigating the leaders for which you may not get any positive results, you will see Nigeria as a land of opportunities, waiting for you as a solution, waiting to reward you in multimillions. In career, business, relationship and other areas of human engagements, very often we create the the problem, the impression that we need the validation of every other person, their approval, yes to the extent of it's consistency with the dos and donts of our creator, all of these should be observed, there is culture everywhere, in everythig we do , the culture of your place of birth, career, business and professional cultures. I will not be the one to tell you it is wrong to observe cultures, at least to the extent of their CONSISTENCY but i can tell you that before others validate and/or approve you , you must be you, you must be your own favorite BE YOU OWN FAVORITE.
